This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Etourscenter. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Etourscenter website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Etourscenter.

Time based Refund Policy:

Most of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.


All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds.


1. In case of No-Show, there will not be any refund.

2. There is no provision of a specific time line for how long it may take for the requested refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in a systematic way. This entire process may take between 60-90 days from the date when you have requested for the cancellation and refund.

3. Once you have provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request than our team of cancellation and refund experts will work with the suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car-rental companies to generate a waiver based on supplier’s cancellation policy and notify you with the same.

4. Please note that once the refund has been approved by the supplier it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

5. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund. Apart from suppliers, will charge a post-ticketing services fee, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per ticket per person basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received from the supplier. If such refund is not processed by the supplier, we will not charge our post-ticketing service fee. Also our booking fee for the original travel reservation remains applicable.
